1. About CowBook
CowBook is operated by Brand Core Media, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We sell authentic Desi cow-based products including food items, personal care, spiritual goods, and handcrafted artisan products.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may exist for handcrafted items — as each piece is unique. Such variations are not grounds for return.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. CowBook reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the final price.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay
- CowBook reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud
- In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

CowBook’s Ayurvedic and herbal products are based on traditional Vedic knowledge and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified physician before using herbal products if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
9. Limitation of Liability
CowBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
