Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every CowBook purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product does not match the description on the website
- Product arrived in a broken or unusable condition
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
- Perishable food items (ghee, herbal powders, teas) once opened
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Customised or personalised items
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Share your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address (where available) or request you to ship the product back
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking / Credit-Debit Card: Refunded to the original account
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT) — please share your bank details when raising the request
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product and place a fresh order for the replacement item.
